Plants and Merchandise are Guaranteed 100%
For the purchase price at the time of purchase.

  • HARDY TREES & SHRUBS – 1 year
  • ALPINES, ROSES & ROSE TREES – 60 days
  • PERENNIALS & VINES – September 1st of the year purchased.
  • TROPICAL, HOUSE & WATER PLANTS – 60 days
  • HARDGOODS & GIFT MERCHANDISE – 60 days
  • Annuals & Replacement Plants are not guaranteed.
  • Clearance Items are final sale.

Return Policy

  • Return of saleable plants & merchandise with a store receipt will be issued a refund using the payment method tendered. There is a waiting period on all checks.
  • Return of material over $150, paid for by cash or check, will be refunded by mail.
  • Any return of unsaleable plants & merchandise with a store receipt will be issued a store credit at the purchase price.
  • No refunds will be issued without a receipt.

Holiday Policy

  • Holiday Merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt and sales tag for return. All returns must be in saleable condition.
  • NO returns will be allowed after December 10th.
  • Merchandise returned will receive a refund by method paid.
  • Holiday Merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt will be issued a store credit only.
